It’s very discouraging to see people suffering from pain. You can see a different demeanor in a person when they are not feeling well, and I want to help them change that! Seeing someone come through your doors in pain, and then watching them leave after a session with a smile on their face is so rewarding!
Born in California and raised in southwest Missouri, this bubbly coastal country girl moved to Columbia in 2003 after graduating high school. Working multiple jobs to settle in, she met her husband in 2006 and eventually graduated from Metro Business College in 2012 with over 750 hours of academic and hands on massage experience. During the next four years, Casey focused her studies on the medical side of massage therapy, and in 2016, received her Medical Massage Practitioners Certification in St. Louis, Missouri.

To continue to further her education in the medical field, Casey is attending the Columbia College Nursing Program, all while maintaining her focus to help her patients manage their muscular pain, and to ultimately achieve a happier and healthier life style through massage therapy!

Why is massage therapy so important?
Multiple sessions can reduce “trait anxiety” (general anxiety-proneness) such as muscle pain and depression, along with other benefits like alleviation of back pain, improved range of motion, and enhancement of immunity by stimulating lymph flow. Taking part in a regular scheduled self-care regimen can play a big part in how healthy and youthful you can remain throughout your lifetime. Please remember, massage therapy can feel like a “once in a while” pampering session. However, considering your massage appointment as a part of your wellness plan while budgeting time for massage, is a great investment for your health when done on a consistent, scheduled basis.
